      DSV is truly a great place to work. Employees are considered being the key value of DSV's offering towards our customers, and are treated accordingly. At the same time, there are continuous opportunities to grow as an individual, to enrich your knowledge and capabilities, to onboard new challenges. In other words, DSV offers a workplace where enthusiastic, motivated people will thrive!

      Pros

      Great corporate structure and internal resources were a big plus. Huge company with an extensive global reach which helped to made the products competitive. IT and infrastructure was continually be updated. Opportunity for work in other states and countries were abundant.

      Cons

      Poor team attitude. Incompetence was prevalent on the local level. No real education requirements so higher functioning employees were at a disadvantage for communication. Danish employees seem to get special treatment. Complaints rarely get addressed.

      The organization is a very competitive and aggressive . This company is completely results oriented and demanding form their employees / associates.

      Cons

      Due to their aggressive and extremely competitive nature there is very little time for building and constructing relationships with potential customers that do not give you cargo immediately.
