Pros
You are working on something that matters -- a company that is doing something important and meaningful. The people I work with are all very bright and good people, and the culture in Dallas is friendly, collaborative, and actively involved in giving back locally.
Cons
There are pockets of people who are very insular -- who only care about their own little corner of the world. And as a risk management company, the environment can feel process-heavy until you understand the reasons for those processes.
