      Pros

      The job security is very stable and, being in a regulated energy market, the company seems to have very deep pockets; you just have to ask for the money and you can use it for your own personal development.

      Cons

      The senior leadership completely lacks vision, transparency, and has not shown they have what it takes to effect any real change. They simply try the same things over and over again to solve longstanding problems.
