Pros

The workplace is great but not the senior staff.

Cons

Very bad management system. They do not have very good English language proficiency and without the etiquette of communicating and training new staff.

Pros

1. Nice coworkers, 2. people are smart, 3. 20 days vacations available at the beginning of the year

Cons

1. Pay is below market rate, 2. work/life balance is poor, 3. internal software is poor quality, 4. poor retention rate which means not enough experienced people to get stuff done right. 5. no training which makes it hellish for new hires.

Classic case of the blind leading the blind

Pros

At least the pay is on time. Though, I wouldn't count on that for too long with the cash-strapped situation the company is facing.

Cons

Having a manager that is only good at bs, probably can't even pass 1st-year geophysics test. Re-employ his best friend that was fired for being incompetent. Totally lack professionality and have no integrity to speak of.
