Pros

1) The software team is packed with very strong developers who are adept at Java, C/C++, Python and everything Unix. 2) Very low administrative overhead means I can focus on programming and improving the product 3) Flexible work arrangements and managers who actually care about my well-being

Cons

1) Little training material, need to figure things out and/or ask around. Not that I mind but it may not be for everyone.
