Pros

DUG is very straight forward company to work with. DUG appreciates talent and always tries its best to keep talented people. I've been with DUG for almost 4 years and the amount of opportunity that I get to grow is amazing. DUG's remuneration package is one of the best in the industry. Great and very supportive boss. I never had any issues with the management and the support team. Co-workers are great.

Cons

DUG is very much performance driven company. DUG has seen great amount of growth due to its people. It is good and bad. Talented and adaptable people find it easy to adapt to DUG's fast growth. Others will find it hard to adapt to the fast moving pace.

Some nice people at the lower levels of the company just trying to survive in bad industry times.

Cons

There is no good reason to stay in a company led by someone who treats people as badly as the managing director does. His exaggerated self importance and need to constantly put others down makes him one of the most tyrannical people I've ever had the misfortune to work with. His clients should know there is a truly ugly nature hidden behind the fake charm. The fake company structure is a front. He makes every single decision across every aspect of the company. I feel sorry for the poor people who have no choice but to stay working for this bedlamite . It's pretty obvious he is writing the fake five word reviews with five stars.
