Pros
Open office door policy with Management - open communication. Opportunity to work in a forward thinking, innovative company. Great vibe between work colleagues. Fabulous coffee and modern offices and end of trip facilities. Fexible working arrangements allows for you to take time off in lieu at other times. Most staff are finished work and out the door by 5pm.
Cons
Some long hours at times to meet deadlines or for meetings with other DUG offices/Clients to sonetimes accommodate 3 different time zones. As with any business there are tough times. A recent restructure has meant some positions have been made redundant, whilst not an easy decision or process to go throught, is not something unique to DUG.
