Poor management decisions are taking a toll on the staff and the future of the company. Bigger issues such as McCloud and the dwindling share price is put on the back burner and so-called "cost cutting" measures are taken to improve the bottom-line. This is very true in their global offices and staff morale is at an all-time low. Rampant acts are nepotism and favoritism are seen as the new-norm, as religious hiring of incompetent close-circle (read: spouse, siblings, relatives) are happening. Yet, global headcounts are being slashed on the pretext of "creating" this useless positions for the "new staff" aka leeches. If this is being read by the management, please stop squeezing the lives out of the staff, just to impress the CEO. Let integrity and transparency take the front-seat and steer the organization in the right direction. We are after all a company that looks deeper than the surface, so start now.
