Edmond office is worth working in

Pros

- Good atmosphere - Most employees truly believe in the "We'll take care of it" mentality - Edmond office usually looks out for their employees - Management, in my department, is understanding and a pleasure to work with

Cons

- Some issues with under staffing - It takes a while to prove intelligence level - HR seems to have more control than any other company that i have worked for - Home office is in New York, so most upper management attempts to control their department through phone calls

Pros

Everyone in the OKC office is super friendly and really helpful. We get a free lunch once a month and there are fun activities during the holidays. They encourage team building as well. Managers are well educated in the product and are always willing to listen to new ideas.

Cons

Like all new jobs and verticals there are bumps and bruises along the way but the biggest con is that the Insurance is high, I can't even really afford to have my child on my Insurance due to the cost. Everything else can be attributed to growing pains.
