Pros

Unlimited vacation... that's it, nothing else that is a pro that I can think of.

Cons

No matter what they say, no raises, no bonuses, no training. People are their number one asset but they treat them like crap. Every year your benefit costs go up, no job security as they are always moving jobs to low-cost locations. 401K match is a joke at 3%. They really do not care about their "Inventory".

Pros

Can work from home, that’s about it! No at home work compensation.

Cons

Benefits are expensive, compensation plans are made to be unattainable, raise...? What raise?, CEO wants all the money for himself... shall I go on? Layoffs, purchase companies and cut them, no culture, not competitive. Just go to another IT company!

DXC is spiraling out of control - Not a place you want to work at

Pros

Remote work. Immediate team members help and collaborate with each other.

Cons

Work Force Reductions going on even when consultant/engineers are on projects bringing revenue in. Everyone is pretty overworked and underpaid. Upper management and the bean counters only look at the workers as a drain on their bottom line. They don''t care for the lives they are disrupting with their WFR Shenanigans.
