Pros

Ability to work from home.

Cons

Health benefits are not great and expensive. I have been with them for 9 months and we have had 6 rounds of layoffs. They are not good at communication, important information that you need to know to do your job is not disseminated correctly.

Great Position and Great Contract

Cons

Poor Management, they did not instill a culture of collaboration and trust. They fooled the customer into believes they knew what they were doing. If they only reached out to their employees with past experience we might have been able to steer us back on track.

Pros

Amazingly there are still a large number of really talented individuals remaining at this company, despite the negative work environment.

Cons

This company is on the verge of self destruction. Do some research on the CEO, he is incompetent and is being sued by his former second in command. Huge exodus over the past couple of years by talented staff. Remaining executive management is ineffective due to poor strategic decisions by CEO. Staff is completely demoralized and waiting on a buyout.
