Remote work 401k match is decently high Decent work/life balance Access to training library Some opportunities for vendor-provided training and certifications Tuition reimbursement

Cons

Remote work - you feel disconnected...but it's ok, everyone feels that way Mind-numbing bureaucracy No salary increase in 5 years...team members stopped asking their manager What's a bonus? Health plan costs increase, benefits decrease; it's a reverse raise! No other dept wants to talk with you unless you have a charge code All discretionary spending requires 10 layers of approvals...which discourages you from spending (is that the point) Approval hell is real

CEO Mike Lawrie and Destroyed the company.

Pros

Good working conditions. Reasonable benefits. used to be good prior Mike Lawrie took over. Great line of products, but Mike Lawrie is destroying everything.

Cons

Dishonest and Cheat CEO, in last 5 years, during bull run, growing economy, he has denied everyone any raise but he has increased his compensation several fold. HR is useless, they are just only do administrative work. Nothing related to HR. Only hope is Mike Lawire dies.

Work from home opportunity. Other than that, very difficult to find positives.

No innovation with this company Layoffs and attrition have and continue to deplete talent pool War rooms exist to strategize, plan, and execute layoffs Remaining middle management is very inexperienced Internal systems are horribly broke since spin-merge Difficult to accomplish day-to-day tasks within the corporate culture and climate Clients not renewing/unhappy due to poor delivery and resource constraints No raise or bonus Expensive health coverage 401k match cut 25% since spin merge Annual 401k match - layoff anytime during year forfeits the company match
