      Pros

      The first two weeks of paid training were informative and I liked my trainer, Forrest. If you are successful, you can make a lot of money. Company culture is great.

      Cons

      You may go some time without much of a paycheck, but that is the reality in sales. Commission only.

      Pros

      I've enjoyed working for the company and seeing how far it's been able to reach in such a short amount of time. I've had many opportunities to share ideas and implement processes to encourage the growth. The people handling the day to day are incredible people to work with.

      Cons

      There has been an ongoing lack of communication. There tends to be a lack of awareness from the c-suite/upper management to act on basic necessities in a timely manner. Things such as reasonably available drinking water and clean functioning bathrooms. Some departments tend to be under unnecessary stress from being understaffed. The appreciation for the support/operations departments is low
