Amazing potential to make lots of money. Amazing training and continued hands-on learning. You can tell that the company cares about quality and transparency with how much detail and attention they give to training their salesforce. Good leadership that cares about your success and your family. Provides peace of mind that the company is honest in their dealings with customers, and goes above and beyond to make it affordable for them.

Cons

A lot of time is required for this job. Work 6 days a week with each day being around 12-16 hours a day sometimes. Expect to put a lot of miles on your personal vehicle. Driving sometimes 3 hours to each appointment. Requires a lot of paperwork and steps to complete a sale, or adjust the size of a project.
