Pros

Meet cool people while knocking

Cons

Do not believe anything they say about bonuses. It's all a lie. They'll steal jobs from you and not even tell you.

Worst job ever

Pros

The only pro in this company is my second, not first, trainer Kyle out of Sacramento, shout out to him. Everything else is awful so this review does NOT reflect on him. Again, he is the only good person about this company.

Cons

Stay clear of this company. The first day I started I got immediately yelled at by my trainer and he threatened to fire me on the spot for "not following the simplest instructions", as apparently training started at 8:45, but my hiring manager told me 9, I was there at 8:50. Immediately a red flag in communication. Once that cleared up, I never got an apology but whatever it's a sales job. I was never late, always on time and actually sold windows (my product I had to sell) while I worked. Every day they would always yell and get mad for no reason, and this is coming from someone who worked at a dealership for 4 years. You weren't allowed to leave a customer's house until you had to call the manager on duty and they tell you that you can leave. I had been escorted out of houses and even got threatened by a homeowner once, that's so dumb by DaBella. They required you to go to these houses around the Austin TX area (where I am at) which would be an hour out, just for the customers to say "I never had an appointment". Just lack of communication all around from the canvassing team. After I graduated from training, I left after just two weeks, you get treated like an animal for no reason. The manager had the audacity to tell me that I was gonna be miserable at my next job and I'll regret leaving the company, what a joke. I actually got a work from home sales job a week later making more money lol. Overall, just avoid, you waste gas from your own car and put so many miles, working from 7am SHARP to as late as 11pm. Just a waste of time with only Sunday off, and even then you're exhausted from the week. The only good person in the entire company was again my second trainer Kyle, based out of Sacramento, he should get promoted and get more money. He actually cared and took time to train you well and LISTENED to my questions. My first trainer got in trouble for saying he wasn't supposed to, go figure.

Pros

They are constantly teaching you techniques of sales and leadership so you can take unfair advantage of the week and needy

Cons

complete slavery. You’re working 12 to 15 hour days for no pay as a 1099 employee. They make you follow rules which their way of abusing you and treating as though you are a useless in their machine. They constantly are offering you promotions at all this pie in the sky like you’re working from a multiple level marketing Ponzi scheme. Very few people stay with them. Everyone ends up , being cheats Welles and circus carnies it is a terrible way of life working for terrible people who all have bad attitudes who have no benefits in any way shape or form .
