You make what your worth here. Everyday is different and comes with its own challenges making it a super unique position.

Cons

Simple truth is this job isn’t for everyone. If you aren’t driven and giving it your all then you obviously aren’t worth much and your paycheck will reflect that. It’s high energy high stress sales it’s not a walk in the park but for those willing to give it a try it’s rewarding.

Pros

I love sales and 100% commission earning potential.

Cons

1099 commission only and they are very demanding of your time. I was expected to drive 100mile roundtrip to training that was on zoom. Literally had to leave my house at 6am and drive to a zoom call. There was supposed to be a $4k sign on bonus, never got a clear answer how/when I would receive bonus. "Yeah yeah it's dolled out over time." I never received a direct answer or anything in writing about the bonus. Pushy sales tactics and really shady discount structure for customers, it is a conflict of interest for sales people to do right by the customer. You're literally supposed to make the customers over pay in order for you to get paid. Trainer was like being talked at by a condescending high school teacher who treats you like you're stupid. I'm in my 40s have a long sales career, DaBella is a very unethical company and I have seen used car dealers with a lot more integrity.
