Regarding your concern about the job being dependent on other people and situations that are out of your control, we understand that this can be frustrating. While we strive to minimize these occurrences, we recognize that they can still happen. We will continue to hone in on our procedures to ensure this isn't an issue Regarding your suggestion for base pay, we would like to clarify that our compensation structure is commission-based with the opportunity for unlimited income. This allows our sales representatives to have control over their earnings and the potential for significant income. However, we will take your feedback into consideration as we continue to evaluate and improve our compensation structure. Thank you again for your feedback!

Great sales learning Great people Great incentives Money is good (when you can hit sales) Trainings every morning

Long hours Money is not guaranteed Appointments set with wrong expectations No guaranteed salary (so you MAY go months without pay) Extremely pushy sales tactics They only work on a same day sales model (so if you don’t get the sale the first appointment might as well call it a dead lead)

It is also good to hear that you enjoyed the incentives and trainings provided. We understand that the long hours and the lack of guaranteed salary can be stressful for many with a profession in sales.
