Pros

Sales training is about the only decent part.

Cons

Lots of locker room talk, very unprofessional setting. They push you to take advantage emotionally of customers and pressure them to make a decisions on buying that instance. No gas reimbursement so you’re driving up to 2 hours away for a customer to be not home possibly. As a sales rep you sell because you believe in your product at least i did until i seen the actual outcome of our work and it was terrible and nobody in management seemed to care about the customers. There is plenty of other entry level sales jobs out there. I do not recommend working here.
