Pros

Standard call center job. Fast paced and lots of people hanging up on you. Pay is decent I guess..more and more companies are beginning to pay the $15/hr starting, and if DaBella doesn't raise their starting pay, they probably will be getting less candidates in the future.

Cons

Environment is reminiscent of high school.. so be prepared when coming in.

Thank you for your feedback! We try our best to set our prospective employees for success by putting in our job posting as well as asking in the interview whether any aspect of a call center job would be challenging or not. We also utilize a corrective action process to ensure that people that treat the job like high school are coached to behave more professionally. We're constantly striving to make things better though!

Good place to start, leave afterwards

Pros

Good start pay, good hours, optional overtime. Supposedly a newer nicer building coming in 2019

Cons

It’s really a telemarketing position. Although there are no cold calls, the people you’ll speak with more often than not will act like they are. They won’t listen to your ideas and the idea of moving up is a joke. No such thing as a two week notice, will fire you as soon as you put it in.

They screwed me out of $800+

Pros

there really is none that I could think of

Cons

Deceitful, they wouldn't pay me what they owe. Also with all the wild fires and poor air quality, they are still forcing their Canvassers to still go door to door. They do not care about the health implications such actions and when one or two of the Canvassers complained, they recieve vernal backlash and a wrote up at the end of the night.

Thank you for your feedback. In order for an employee to qualify for their sign-on bonus, they must still be working for DaBella at the time of the payment disbursement. Those that are not still employed do not qualify for a sign-on bonus as the stipulations are highlighted at the beginning of employment. Due to the recent fires in the PNW we have rolled out a new health and safety policy dedicated to removing field sales reps from areas deemed hazardous, whether that mean having our team service a region with far better air quality, or having our team stay home all together.
