      Incentive based wages allows you to make as much money as you are determined to make. There are offices all over so climbing the ranks and learning to be a leader is very valuable as they are constantly promoting from within.

      Some of the companies long term goals get in the way of an individual accomplishing their short term goals and incentives.

      You are paid what you’re worth! I wouldn’t say it’s really a con, You have to be a hard worker which I feel really brings out the best in people and builds the family values of the company.
