      Hard but worth it

      Pros

      - Managment has leadership training - Growth potential is HUGE - Income potential is HUUUUUGE - Managment is present but not oppressive - Flexible schedule after the first month - Mondays and Sundays off - Cool logo

      Cons

      - Long drive (I actually enjoy those though) - Sometimes you have to go weeks or a months without a paycheck (though when you get paid it tends to be BIG paychecks) So budget wisely -Gas IS STUPID EXPENSIVE (STUUUUPID) - Lime green is not the best of colors

      Pros

      DaBella has really changed my life for the better. The office here in Missoula has a wonderful culture that is all about winning and helping each other out. The opportunities we are given here not only to make money, but to make friends and truly help people out is very rewarding.

      Cons

      There is A LOT of driving in this job, about 5000 miles in 2 or so months for me so far. There also isn’t anything guaranteed in terms of pay, many people struggle through the first few months to make money, but once you get rolling it becomes very worth the wait.
