      Not a one. Toxic from the top down

      Cons

      Would you like to target poor and elderly homeowners with expensive products and payment plans? Quoted a customer 45k for a roof. Looked it up after. The materials weren't even $8000.

      The pay is really good, sense of camaraderie and cool people. Training and gear is pretty good too

      Cons

      Everything about this company's extremely unethical. Just go take a look at penguin windows and why they went out of business. They're literally doing the exact same things that got them sanctioned by the state. Additionally, many of the upper leadership of penguin windows move to dabella when the company folded so it's basically just the same thing. I would not recommend working here, it will take your soul and you have way better things to do with your life.

      Pros

      Training pay is good and when you get out of training you shadow sales appointments. This is good to understand the process better.

      Cons

      Leads can waste your time at times. Some of the leads are not vetted as well as they could so you are not able to run all your appointments due to either being out of scope or homeowners not answering.
