Insane Stress Due to Bad Leads

Pros

You know, I spent ten full minutes trying to think of the pros of working here and still failed to even come up with one.

Cons

The pressure to generate sales from the top management was high. To further demonstrate poor leadership, they spent a lot of time providing us with bad leads. I was very stressful to tolerate this toxic behavior and the management's hostility. I suggest you avoid this stress if you can. Do it now, and you will thank me later.

main manager zack was ok, Training was good matt did a great job

Cons

Worst company to work for. they teach you to bully, lie and pressure customers into sales, Allot of unethical sales tactics and overall belittling from team leaders (Abuse of Authority ) uses allot of theoretical tactics for sales pitches that had nothing to do with the sales process. team leaders picked favorites for the best appointments and bended the rules for them as well

Becoming more confident in yourself.

At DaBella you will work very long days. If there are enough leads, you will be sent on 3 appointments a day. Each appointment lasts at least 2 hours. And the appointments are sometimes very far from where your office is. I drove 3 hours away for a single appointment many times. You pay for own gas and wear and tear on your vehicle, as well. As a Dabella Sales Rep you are also required to drive to the office everyday for over an hour of unpaid “training” where you go over the previous days appointments and the manager or sales manager will tell you what you did wrong and how you should have stayed in the appointment longer and you would have made the sale. You are expected to be available to both managers and customers 24/7 and to run leads 6 days a week even though they say mondays or saturdays are optional. Also, if anything goes wrong in a sale, even if it is the managements fault, that results in loss of profit, you will be the one back charged. Everything falls on you, the company will never accept responsibility for anything, and your bank account is the one that will suffer, the company will never lose a dime on you.
