Donnie and Nissa inspire constant growth, and challenge you to stretch beyond what you might think is possible. It’s incredibly rewarding when you have that “Ah-ha!” moment and realize you’ve raised your own capacity.

The employee that is hardworking and values a team work environment, this is the company to work for and enjoying the opportunity to grow, professionally and foster long term relationships. It's message Lead, Care and Grow is what employees and the company strive to uphold.

Cons

Hard work is required and it is not for the employee that dislikes challenges or pushing themselves to be the best that they can be and being Leaders, Caring for our customers and growing our company.

there really is none that I could think of

Deceitful, they wouldn't pay me what they owe. Also with all the wild fires and poor air quality, they are still forcing their Canvassers to still go door to door. They do not care about the health implications such actions and when one or two of the Canvassers complained, they recieve vernal backlash and a wrote up at the end of the night.

Thank you for your feedback. In order for an employee to qualify for their sign-on bonus, they must still be working for DaBella at the time of the payment disbursement. Those that are not still employed do not qualify for a sign-on bonus as the stipulations are highlighted at the beginning of employment. Due to the recent fires in the PNW we have rolled out a new health and safety policy dedicated to removing field sales reps from areas deemed hazardous, whether that mean having our team service a region with far better air quality, or having our team stay home all together.
