Pros

This company is ambitious. They have a purpose & mission, better yet every employee can tell you the role they play in achieving that purpose. Despite each person having a different role, each person is humble in their position.

Cons

This company is a progressive, positive environment. Thus if you do not thrive in a rapidly growing, positive environment this is not the job for you.

Pros

As a contractor, the products and the manufacturers are top notch ethically. The systems are easy to represent, and the sales atmosphere is usually inspiring, supportive and upbeat. There is plenty of opportunity for career and personal growth if you are emotionally, physically and financially resilient. The money is quick to start.

Cons

The coolaid reeks of a direct selling pyramid, which is exactly what this is. As the company grows, management will get grandfathered into stingier compensation contracts. Benefits are garbage for sales reps (they JUST managed to integrate an HSA after almost a decade in business). If you are doing your job thoroughly and well, work life balance is tough to achieve. Beware of Season-- December and January are brutal, and they will try to tell you when hired that "oh it's no big deal, we double up on marketing so you'll get plenty of leads." As mentioned above, the money is quick to start- but difficult to maintain and doubly challenging to push to the highest level (bonus every month, 6 figure income). You need to be in good physical health; this is extremely physical work. Being outside in the weather or climbing all over buildings/in attics is not for the faint of heart or constitution. In fact, it is often flat out miserable. Must enjoy crappy pacific NW weather, and wear and tear on vehicle.

First off, thank you for the quality review you have provided us, not only highlighting the positives, but what you find negative about working at DaBella Exteriors. With the current rapid growth our company is experiencing, we strive to remain competitive in all facets as it relates to employee benefits and our first step was rolling out a new employee benefits package this past year that offers many first time benefits options for employees that we previously did not have. We greatly appreciate your advice to management, as well as your concerns surrounding seasonal challenges, and will use your input moving forward when speaking about the position with future employees/ candidates. Thank you once again.
