Fast growing and hire/promote from within, great company to grow with, focus on making a family work environment

Cons

Company expects everyone to work hard, they do not keep those around who are not putting in a good effort. Not really a con, just know they expect everyone to earn their keep.

Excellent mentorship opportunities, individualized hands-on guidance, and proactive leadership with no cold calling and no need to find your own leads!

Cons

Just like any B2C sales, ever changing hours to work with potential customers' hours that could go late into the evening.
