Pros

Always a fun and exciting. I have seen many changes since I started working here. Yes there are changes but it's typically for the better and for the growth of the company, and to help add more employment benefits. There are mostly production based positions, and people shouldn't expect to be paid for doing nothing. The company management works with those who ask for help to become better in their role, but if they refuse the help and do not produce, then the position is clearly not for them. There are many advancement opportunities as well! If you have visions being on a team that strives for growth, then this is the company for you.

You get to walk around, meet new people, welcome them into our family, and help them take the first steps into making their home a better, more secure place to live. I love showing people the DaBella Difference!

Cons

You will need to be able to deal with door to door rejection well, and keep a positive mental attitude always.

Pros

Loved the work environment up until this last year. It use to be fun, loud, family oriented, and overall amazing to work in. The coworkers were just as amazing as the company's message. The ran the business with integrity.

Cons

Now? It's ugly, conniving, and soul sucking. It's about how much can I get out of this person before I throw them away. Everyone is disposable. Their message has been lost in translation. It is now a power and money hungry managment team that rules by fear and intimidation.
