Pros
Pay is good if sales numbers are met. Very hard to meet but set that way so owners and managers make money but employees dont. Bonus deductions for employees.
Cons
Terrible management. Not truthful and flippy floppy. Upper Management do not have to up hold to the same policies as employees. Attendance policy is ridiculous. 3 missed days and you are out for the entire year no exceptions. Lies are everywhere and when you are running your team, you are forced to lie to your team or severe repercussions. Not a company worth giving any of your time for, If you want to make $14 per hour for 3 months give it a chance but that is all you will get out of them unless you exceed extreme sales numbers right away. And if you are okay with being lied to about your job status.
