Pros

I have been with the company from day one and have seen lots of growth, both for the company and individual employees. Every year the company gets bigger and the employees do better financially. It is a symbiotic relationship for those willing to work and contribute.

Cons

The schedule for sales is not 9:00 to 5:00, but that is the nature of sales. If you wish to move to the top levels of management you may have to move to do it. Sometimes growth for the company and personal career involves stress and extra work.

Pros

Always a fun and exciting. I have seen many changes since I started working here. Yes there are changes but it's typically for the better and for the growth of the company, and to help add more employment benefits. There are mostly production based positions, and people shouldn't expect to be paid for doing nothing. The company management works with those who ask for help to become better in their role, but if they refuse the help and do not produce, then the position is clearly not for them. There are many advancement opportunities as well! If you have visions being on a team that strives for growth, then this is the company for you.

You will need to be able to deal with door to door rejection well, and keep a positive mental attitude always.
