The reason why I like working at Dabella Exteriors is because of the high energy environment and supportive co-workers. It's also not a cold call list, you call home owners who requested our services in the past.

Cons

Since it is a sales job, you need to be coachable and schedule appointments. You have to be energetic and self-motivated. It's not for everyone, but they are willing to train you from ground zero, and there is a lot of room for growth.

Dabella Exteriors has been by far the greatest company I have ever had the pleasure of working for. They treat all of there employees with the utmost respect and take amazing care of all of us! Next to being very easy to work for they hold very high standards for customer service which from my experience is some of the best in the industry. I would highly recommend anyone who is looking for a career and not an easy in and out job to see what Dabella is all about!
