Pros

Team atmosphere is exceptional. Working with other professinals geared toward your success. Supportive management and training are a prime focus. Dabella has strong core values and excersizes excellent service to its customers and it's employees.

Cons

Scheduling and excessive travel can be difficult at times but as a team we work towards effective solutions to minimize unproductive trips.

Pros

This is a relatively new position within the company for me. I had been in sales for years but when this opportunity opened up I knew I wanted to apply. This position is much more oriented at helping those on your team succeed. There is an emphasis on hiring, training and ensuring that those you bring on, succeed! It's been a wonderful transition from sales and am excited to see those on my team succeed.

Cons

Anytime you're dealing with people, you're also dealing with people problems. Every person on a team is a unique individual and the same coaching strategy doesn't always work for each person. As a manager, you need to adapt and adjust to help each team member in their own way.

A chance to change your life

Pros

Performance based employment, and a chance to change the way you think, feel, and live. I've worked for several home improvment companies in different positions, and have never had one who actually cared about their employees. Most of the time companies will care more about profit margins, than anything else. This company cares about their employees, as well as customer service. People will be people, and you can't make everyone happy, considering this isn't a perfect world, but I feel confident leaving a house knowing that we will show them "The DaBella Difference", because no matter what we will find a solution, no matter what happens during the construction project.

Cons

Well I can only think of one when you look into my position: You actually have to work. I guess you have to, if you want to go somewhere with your life.
