Vile, corrupt culture Massive amounts of driving No real supportive training after initial two weeks

Pros

the initial 2 week paid training was okay, but daily training and ongoing support was fabulous

Cons

You are required to work 12+ hour days 6 days a week and driving hundreds of miles and pay for your own gas. Yes, you get up to 3 leads per day but the amount of low to no income, fixed income, or elderly was the majority. The pressure to close was high. They would prefer you "burn down" the lead as opposed to leaving the client with a good impression but no sale. This means you sit in the house with the lead until they kick you out.

Quality Lacks after Training

The only good thing is the remote aspect of it

Cons

Theyre lead department (door to door) knockers, set up fake leads by coaching home owners to set up free inspection, they get paid, knowing customer was never serious about it and tell them theyll get a giftcard just by accepting the inspection
