With that freedom, you’re technically working 6 days a week without knowing your schedule or where you are driving (in your personal car with no compensation) until that morning. You may end up two hours from home and finish your day at 10 or 11pm. Communication is not great. I regularly reached out to my leader and he only responded about 20% of the time. Training is paid, but after that you are commission only and it’s unclear how much you’ll be paid until payday.
