Pros

While training and working with the company you are very much on your own. They have regular meetings and the group of employees seem to get along great. there’s a fair bit of freedom and some flexibility in your schedule.

Cons

With that freedom, you’re technically working 6 days a week without knowing your schedule or where you are driving (in your personal car with no compensation) until that morning. You may end up two hours from home and finish your day at 10 or 11pm. Communication is not great. I regularly reached out to my leader and he only responded about 20% of the time. Training is paid, but after that you are commission only and it’s unclear how much you’ll be paid until payday. I worked about 100 hours, including travel time, and ended up being paid $450 three weeks later. I would say I’m not a sales person after this job. If you think you are you might be successful. No benefits, no compensation, you have to buy your own equipment. It seems like there’s pretty high turnover of employees. My car broke down and I needed to get everything sorted out and was out for two weeks. Management didn’t contact me until I got an “exit survey” to my email with no conversation from managers.
