      G.m has very good structure and you can learn alot about how to sell if you ask the right people

      Cons

      Hard closing tactics are a must you will not succeed w/o same day closes If youre not apart of the party culture you get fired. If you start getting sent far or doing better than leadership you will get pushed back i.e less leads= less sales

      I truly feel like I met some of the greatest people of my life here. And I miss being with them everyday. But I think we were brought together by a shared miserable experience.

      Cons

      Leadership is toxic, very dishonest, remarkably unprofessional, and disrespectful. Employees are undervalued, but more importantly underpaid. They will give you no chance and terminate you if you don't make your quota in the first week. These people should not be in business and need to be shut down! One last thing, If you write them, do not expect an answer back. I wrote them many messages and never got any answer from them. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST!!!

      Pros

      Wonderful Company to work for. They truly care about their employees and take care of us. Pay is entirely dependent on performance with no high end cap. Great benefits package. I just received an entire month of PTO for Paternity leave.

      Cons

      The hours and days can be long. Not everyone is cut out for this job.
