Pros

This place has amazing potential and I know in a few years time it will get there. Would love to come back when it does. The promises of money are not false, but you may think it's not as much work as it actually is to get there.

Cons

Any management above GM level does not look out for any reps at all. They only care for numbers and will punish you for situations out of your control. Rather than listen to the problems (leads/marketing/finance/etc.), they'd rather hold your job over your head. As any field sales job, expect to be working 5-6 days out of the week, anywhere from 1-14 hours and anything in between.

Learned some cool ways to be pushy and get clients to sign for paperwork they don't want.

Cons

Absolutely no management at the olympia branch. They sent me to sell thousands of dollars worth of products that I was not trained in. I was trained on roofing, and my first sale was a window project. No support in learning to fill out customer contracts, no support in filling out necessary financial documents, etc.

Dabella is THE place to be if you value personal and professional growth. I have never worked at a company where i truly felt that i was in complete control of my growth and my success until i worked at Dabella. Its a competitive work environment filled with positivity and drive. I honestly do not feel as if i am going in to work each day and am so fulfilled when my day is done. I highly recommend Dabella!

Cons

Honestly the only con i can think of is if you are not a driven person it may not be the best fit for you. The reason i say that is because everyday we are focused on becoming a better version of ourselves both inside the work place and outside it. Our leadership has dedicated time to develop and learn leadership skills to become more effective. We all talk about personal and financial goals and celebrate every victory we have. So if that is not for you, Dabella is not the place for you.
