The company was always looking for new innovative ways to do things. I felt like I was part of a team that was constantly pushing the boundaries and thinking outside the box.
Cons
Recalling my experience working at this company was an unpleasant experience, to say the least. The founder's disorganized approach to managing the business was frustrating and often led to embarrassing situations. As someone who valued efficiency and organization, it was difficult to watch the founder's lack of planning and foresight cause chaos in the workplace. Furthermore, the founder tended to blame others for his mistakes and shortcomings. It was disgraceful displace of leadership that undermined the morale of the team.
