Pros

You will get payed if you can sell. I averaged about $8,000-$10,000 a month. All appointments are given to you and you run about 2-3 leads a day so they keep you busy.

Cons

They will micromanage you to the point you’ll feel like a child. They make all meetings mandatory and super early even though it’s a 1099 employment and you shouldn’t have mandatory training or meeting if their not payed which they aren’t. They do not care about you emotionally or physically, they just want you to make them money (To be fair it’s a business). You’ll do regular drives of 2-3 hours to your appointments down and back. You use your own vehicle and pay your own gas.
