Pros

Nice facility and location Run. There are much better and much more organized companies to work for.

Cons

Majority of upper management is not from Austin and it shows in the company culture. Promotions based on willingness to roll over and ask no questions Pay is extremely below market Favoritism Unprofessionalism Overpriced services for consumers, Aggressive strategies. No one is on the same page across departments Very very High turn over rate done in barely legal ways to get by Healthcare options are really bad No 401K The wrong people are in higher level positions Management does not know what's going on usually and gets undermined, they are greatly unaware of employee dissatisfaction.

Pros

I love sales and 100% commission earning potential.

Cons

1099 commission only and they are very demanding of your time. I was expected to drive 100mile roundtrip to training that was on zoom. Literally had to leave my house at 6am and drive to a zoom call. There was supposed to be a $4k sign on bonus, never got a clear answer how/when I would receive bonus. "Yeah yeah it's dolled out over time." I never received a direct answer or anything in writing about the bonus. Pushy sales tactics and really shady discount structure for customers, it is a conflict of interest for sales people to do right by the customer. You're literally supposed to make the customers over pay in order for you to get paid. Trainer was like being talked at by a condescending high school teacher who treats you like you're stupid. I'm in my 40s have a long sales career, DaBella is a very unethical company and I have seen used car dealers with a lot more integrity.
