Pros

When you sell at full commission, its very nice commission. When selling to people who have the money, it feels very good to make them happy

Cons

Cult-like, No compensation for driving hours away to a lead that may or may not allow you into the house or be looking for the product anyway. Harps on "personal responsibility" even in situations out of your control. Very high pressure to make the sale no matter the situation of the lead, and if not make the sale, "burn the lead" so they never contact you again.
