Pros

The actual work is as expected and interesting. My coworkers hired from Austin are thoughtful, funny, and committed to high quality work. If you choose to work here, you will have the opportunity to learn fast and take on large responsibilities.

Cons

The company is currently going through a major cultural shift. They recently moved HQ from PDX to ATX, loosing many of their corporate staff along the way. Despite a year of trying, they are failing to recruit and retain local talent. This is largely due to a lack of professionalism and skill in the management - an interesting hypocrisy considering the requirement of reading the Maxwell books. Make sure you play the politics right and stay on the good side of the Portland-ers. Don't be a catalyst, don't ask questions, keep your head down and good luck!
