Pros

You struggle with all your coworkers. If you can tolerate working from 8am till 10pm six days a week and paying to work, you might be successful.

Cons

No work life balance. If you take into account minis and projects sold below a .9 the commission is awful. Management doesn’t care about customers or your sales. They will cancel your deals to get them off the reports. They will backcharge reps for deals when they were not involved with the resolutions of the situation. Takes forever to get back ends. Additionally when you decide you’re fed up with all of the brain washing. They will not pay out your commissions on a final check. It takes 90 days.

We will continue to hone in on our procedures to ensure this isn't an issue Regarding your suggestion for base pay, we would like to clarify that our compensation structure is commission-based with the opportunity for unlimited income. This allows our sales representatives to have control over their earnings and the potential for significant income.
