Great sales learning Great people Great incentives Money is good (when you can hit sales) Trainings every morning

Long hours Money is not guaranteed Appointments set with wrong expectations No guaranteed salary (so you MAY go months without pay) Extremely pushy sales tactics They only work on a same day sales model (so if you don’t get the sale the first appointment might as well call it a dead lead)

It is also good to hear that you enjoyed the incentives and trainings provided. We understand that the long hours and the lack of guaranteed salary can be stressful for many with a profession in sales. My job was simply to schedule appointments for roofs, windows and siding. The problem was this was during the pandemic...shift supervisor was a body tosser, Leads were old. If the homeowner had a problem no one would take responsibility, overpriced
