Where do I start

Pros

Loved the work environment up until this last year. It use to be fun, loud, family oriented, and overall amazing to work in. The coworkers were just as amazing as the company's message. The ran the business with integrity.

Cons

Now? It's ugly, conniving, and soul sucking. It's about how much can I get out of this person before I throw them away. Everyone is disposable. Their message has been lost in translation. It is now a power and money hungry managment team that rules by fear and intimidation.

there is not a single pro to this job

Cons

everything! they teach you to lie to homeowners and go against your morals. no communication anywhere in company. GM is a hot head, plays favorites, and is not easy to work with, hence why he can’t keep the office staffed. prices are insanely inflated ripping homeowners off which they say is for top notch install and customer service, but neither of those are true. They hire random contractors they find who are not factory trained at all and it’s almost impossible trying to get a hold of someone or get answers on things. Also better hope nothing goes wrong with an install because it will take months before it ever gets resolved, maybe longer. not a “family” company like they preach either, they don’t give a crap about their employees. the longer you’re there, the more bad things you find.
