Pros

Preset Appointments Supposedly? Which would be ideal.

PHX location is very unorganized, Not enough leads to go around. Management plays favoritism when giving out leads. In the interview I was told I would get 3 preset Appointments: Tuesday thru Saturday. Lucky to get 1 a day. In addition to that reps have to share leads with another rep, and share the commission even if the other rep doesn't say or do anything. Only one person other than the manager that has any tenure. Everyone else has been there less than 3 months (PHX Office) Management wants their reps to be available starting as early as 10 a.m. and starting their last appointment at 6 p.m.. Most of the time I would get one appointment at 6 p.m. Never did get a straight answer to why the lead flow was so bad.

Pros

The pay, and if you can get there, the commissions. Quiet environment for a call center.

Cons

Shady! The company advertises their positions as customer service and "scheduling". Beware! They will hire you on under the pretense that you will be a customer service rep and will only be scheduling. You learn quickly that it is telemarketing and your job is constantly on the line if you dont schedule customers. They teach you to argue down a homeowner, even if they have never had interest in the company and a lot of the calls you make in outbound are from accounts from 8 years ago!!! They specifically say that they dont like to tell you much about what happens with the sales because they dont want you to feel guilty setting them up for a pushy sales experience! And they use their sweepstakes as a way to gain more customers, and even have you call OLD sweepstakes leads from up to 5 years ago to try to loop in homeowners that have already said MANY MANY TIMES that they're not interested! They will tell you that they are a family oriented company but they are just a money oriented company!
