Pros

Leadership focus. Strong emphasis on personal and professional development. Also, their CMO is the smartest, coolest, and best looking CMO in the industry. Maybe in any industry. People should literally pay to work with him. I don't know what his salary is, but whatever it is, it isn't enough.

Cons

Tends to pay at low end of ranges, though there are improvements in the works.

What to expect working for

Pros

You get paid 20$ a hour plus commission. Commission is determined on how many leads you sign up & were pitched . You can move up in the company fast . Offer benefits . Unlike just a hourly pay job . Dabella u get hourly plus ur bonus which is calculated on how many leads u got

Cons

The confirmation representatives will sometimes take the lead you signed up and put as marketing so they get credit. Its always drama. Then it used to be all of houston on the north side of i10 that we can go knock then the radius was literally restricted to a small part of the map and we have been going to the same neighborhoods every other week.
