This company features a strong culture centered heavily around growth. Management works hard to provide a sense of care to their staff and their concerns regarding a healthy work-life balance between the High-Volume workload. You will never be lacking in new projects or initiatives to tackle if you want to improve your knowledge and skill set!

Cons

Compensation and benefits could be improved.

Pros

- Great coworkers and passionate office level management/supervisors - Unlimited OT - Flexible PTO - Fun work environment - Opportunity for leadership training

Cons

- Bonus structure has worsened - Overtime is less of a bonus and more of a requirement for most employees to hit production, let alone bonus - Most leads get called 3+ times a day - Uneven dispersement of opportunities - Sales teams constantly misrepresent the results of their appointments (messes with our calls and our bonus) - Seemingly disfuncional communication (lead notes get erased after each appointment so we have to ask all the same questions for each reset) - Many agents set appointments that result in several hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of revenue and see a few hundred dollars in bonus (if they bonus at all) - Management expectations and minimums stay the same even as lead quality and opportunity decreases
