      The pay is the worst I've ever seen, one co-worker received .15 cents and an yearly increase, I received .32 cent from an good review meeting all expectations exceeding many and to hear that for an entire year the increase they felt I was worth was .32 Cent.. WOW!! Now the trips are nice and you see how much they invest or spend for having fun, an increase of .32 cent was a slap in the face.

      Pros

      Patients interaction was the best park of the experience. Advancement if you could stomach working there long enough to advance.

      Cons

      14-16 hour days, lack of disclosure, lack of support, non-clinical staff as facility administrators, lack of professionalism. It was a terrible work experience. Mandatory in service training during lunch (required to punch out).
