Heavy management and too much micro-management from the top level down. Too many reports, meetings and required "calls" to attend. Only care about the bottom line.

Unprofessional employees, passive aggressive co-workers, employees regularly run off the floor crying, co-workers that start rumors about others for fun. If you join in with this petty, "mean girl" behavior they will welcome you with open arms. In addition, it is an unsafe work environment with blatant disregard for patient safety. Managements answers to the problems of this particular unit are "that's the way it's always been here". They acknowledge that they have MAJOR issues but are unwilling to do what needs to be done to fix the problems. This is the absolute worst job I've ever had.
