      Love the relationships I have built with the patients, pay is decent

      Cons

      They will tell you anything to get you in the door! I was told I would work 3 days per week & 3 days on call per month. NOPE! 4-5 days per week & at least 10 days of on call per month!

      Pros

      Challenging and rewarding position as a LMSW in El Paso. Company Mayor and his leadership team are very driven and have a vision for the company. There is potential for growth, advancement, and education.

      Cons

      Often advances locally were driven more by who you knew verses individual merit and knowledge. To be a company of 70,000+, Benefits could be better.

      The pay for the organization is higher than most...........for a reason

      Cons

      Outside of the pay there is not one positive I can think of. There is no work life balance, leadership above you does not support you, the employees run the show, poor communication and the list goes on. This is like a cult with the village and all that is involved. You hear the same speeches about positivity and being a CEO, but you cannot make singular decisions and the positivity is only an act. Once you leave the meeting leadership goes back to being the back stabbing game playing people they always are. I never realized how toxic the environment really was until I left. This is just a horrific place to work!
