Pros
The patients are like family to some of the teammates. The only thing I got out of this company was good training.
Cons
Everything else. The employees are underpaid, and over worked. The bonuses that they say they give are a joke you work to meet goals that are very hard to get and if you do like my clinic did we got a whole whooping 250 dollars bonus. The pay raises are horriblle and not given on a job performance. I have been in my current clinic for 2 years and have never recieved my review. The management is horrible. I do not how some of them still have jobs, even if they use to work the floor they no longer do because they have other things to do. We have been working understaffed for over 6 months and we have been putting in 50 hours a week since then and no apprication. we get patients screaming in our faces and we are told to deal with it. I am just glad I am leaving there
